当归、地塞米松、布比卡因复合治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察当归、地塞米松、布比卡因复合治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将肩周炎患者82例分为3组,A组25例,用当归治疗;B组28例,用地塞米松、布比卡因治疗;C组29例,用地塞米松、布比卡因、当归治疗。用VSA评价疗效。结果A组有效率为68%,B组有效率为76%,C组有效率为97%。结论三药合用是较好的治疗肩周炎疼痛的配方。Objective To observe the effect of the combination of angelica sinensis diels, dexamethasone acetate and bupivacaine on the patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into 3 groups, 25 in a group,treated with angelica sinensis diels,28 in B group ,treated with dexamethasone acetate and bupivacaine, 29 in C group ,treated with dexamethasone acetate,bupivacaine and angelica sinensis diels. Results Effective rates were 68% in group A, 76 % in group B and 97% in group C, respectively. Conclusion The combination of angelica sinensis diels, dexamethasone acetate and bupivcaine is an effective treatment on the patients of scapulobumeral periartbritis.
