摘　　要：采用定点观察的方法 ,研究了木瓜枝条、果实的生长规律。研究结果表明 ,枝条生长的快速增长出现在 4月下旬至 5月中旬 ;果实生长的高峰在 4月底至 6月底 ,体积增长与重量增长几乎同步。研究结果对木瓜的生产栽培具有指导意义。The growth law of twig and fruit of Chinese quince（ Chaenomeles cathayuensis ） were studied by the method of locating obseroation. The result showed that the fast growth of the twig appears between the end of April and middle of May. The fast growth of the fruit appears between the end of April and the end of June, and the volume increases with the weight increase almost synchronously. The research results are useful for the cultivation and production of Chinese quince.
