摘　　要：随着知识经济的不断发展,以人为本的管理理念逐步融汇于图书馆的管理工作之中。文章从馆员和读者两个方面,探索了当代图书馆工作中以人为本的管理思想与服务理念,强调馆员的自身建设是做好读者服务工作的根本保证。With the development of intellectual economy, the idea of management with humanism is being integrated in the day - to - day library work. From two aspects of the staff and readers, we explored the idea of management with humanism in library management at contemporary age. The improvement of staff by themselves is the basic condition for the services to the readers.
