摘　　要：目的分析2215例住院病人的死亡原因及其变化趋势。方法收集某院1993～2002年住院死亡病案2215份,对其病死率、死因构成等进行统计分析。结果死因构成的前3位分别是:损伤、肿瘤、心血管疾病。结论加强死因前3位疾病的防治工作,降低住院病死率,以提高广大人民的健康水平、生命质量。Objective To understand the major death causes and its tendency of inpatients from 1993 to 2002.Method 2 215 death cases of inpafients in our hospital were collected. The mortality and death cause were statistically analyzed by SPSS. Result The death causes of the first three are hurt, tumor and circulatory system disease. Conclusion Disease prevention and treatment on the first three diseases should be reinforced to improve inhabitant health level and quality of life.
