摘　　要：目的:探讨带神经、肌腱第二掌背动脉逆行岛状筋膜瓣修复示中指软组织缺损的方法效果。方法:临床应用此方法修复示中指软组织缺损12例,其中8例为示指背侧缺损,3例中指背侧缺损,1例为示指掌例皮肤缺损,面积(1.5cm×3.5cm)￣(2.5cm×6.5cm)并伴有肌腱、神经损伤。结果:12例带神经、肌健筋膜瓣11例成活,1例部分成活,通过换药自愈。结论:采用带神经、肌健第二掌背动脉筋膜瓣修复示中指软组织缺损是一种简单有效的方法。Objective To investigate the method of repair of soft tissue defect of index middle fingers. Method 12 cases of soft tissues defect index middle fingers were repaired from （1.5cm×3.cm）-（2.5cm×6.5cm）with defect of nerve and tendon. Results All the flaps survived with good function. Conclusion It is a simple and an effective alternative option to use or the reversed second dorsal metacarpal artery facial island flap transfer m repair of the soft tissue defect index middle fingers.
