摘　　要：目的:本文对120例IDA进行了检测观察。方法:将符合纳入病例标准患者的血象,骨髓象进行了检测。仪器采用库尔特STKS型全自动分析仪。组化:铁染色。结果:在IDA、宫血多、痔疮、患者的Hb多不同程度的减低。骨髓象中红系增多,形态也可见核浆发育不平衡。结论:红细胞三个平均值低,骨髓象核浆发育失衡。铁染色低。Objective To detect and observe 120 patients with iron deficiency anemia. Method hemogram and bone marrow cytomorphology of 120 patients with iron deficiency anemia which is consistent with case internalized standard are detected. Coulter STKS automatic analysator is choosed as detection instrument. Histochemistry is iron stain. Results Hemoglobin degrade in different degree in patients with iron deficiency ancmia, much menstrual blood volume, haemorrhoids. In bone marrow cytomorphology erythrocytic series proportion is higher,nucleus and cytoplasm development imbalance are saw. Conclusion Mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin,and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration are low,nucleus and cytoplasm development imbalance is saw in bone marrow cytomorphology,iron stain is low.
