摘　　要：由于各种因素,高校图书馆工作中总会出现一些失误。通过列举种种过失行为,分析了其原因,并提出了改进的对策。This paper lists the mistakes occurring in the service of university library, analyzes on the causes why these mistakes occur, and puts forward some countermeasures for avoiding these mistakes from occurring.
