摘　　要：介绍了电子商务与电子商务法的发展现状,明确了电子商务的定义和分类,并进一步论述了我国电子商务立法的重要性,指出只有及时制定一系列与电子商务相关的法律法规,完善我国的电子商务政策和法律环境,才能从根本上促进我国电子商务与网络经济的发展。This paper introduces the present development of E-business and E-business legislation, gives an explanation of the definition and classification of E-business, and further discusses on the importance of our country＇s E-business legislation, and points out that only when a series of relevant laws and regulations on electronic-business are formulated timely and only when the policy and legal environment for our country＇s E-business is perfected, can the development of our country＇ s E-business and network economy be promoted essentially.
