不同年龄段Neuclear24型人工耳蜗植入术35例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄Neuclear24型人工耳蜗植入相关手术问题和不同年龄段的康复效果。方法人工耳蜗植入手术35例,经术后开机调试和语言康复训练、进行术后评估和跟踪随访。结果耳蜗植入电极全部成功,未发现电极外露不能植入,28例术后1～3d有轻度头晕,无其他手术并发症发生。开机调试后所有患者均能听到声音。经术后康复7例进入普通学校正常学习,18例到达语言三级水平,10例在康复中,其中大年龄段语前聋患者术后听力水平虽与其他组相同,但语言康复显著困难。结论Neuclear型人工耳蜗不同型号中以Contour电极植入最容易,不同年龄组中小年龄组语言康复效果最佳,大年龄组较差。Objective To discus operation technique and rehabilitation efficacy of various age patients enmbed with artificial cochlea. Methods 35 cases were embedded with artificial cochlea, followed up and evaluated after postoperative language rehabilitation training. Result 35 cases were successful,no electrode exposed. 28 cases had mild dizziness, no other complication, all can heard voice after adjust. 7 cases recovered and study in common school, 18 cases achieved to Language - degree 3, 10 cases are training, the language rehabilitation was significant difficulty in the elder group than in other groups but Audile was no difference. Conclusion the operation with Type - Contour is most convenience in all kinds of type - Neuclear artificial cochlea. The language rehabilitation efficacy is better in young and middle age groups than elder group.
