独一味颗粒剂的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究独一味颗粒剂的镇痛、抗炎和止血作用,并与原剂型独一味胶囊进行比较。方法:醋酸致小鼠扭体反应;角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖炎症;甲醛致小鼠牙龈炎症;小鼠止血时间;大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量测定;大鼠血小板聚集试验。结果:独一味颗粒剂能明显抑制小鼠扭体反应及大鼠的足肿炎症;增加小鼠牙龈持续性炎症期间的摄料量;提高血小板最大聚集率,明显延长血小板最大聚集时间,减慢解聚速度,缩短小鼠止血、凝血时间和大鼠凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间,增加纤维蛋白原含量。结论:独一味颗粒剂具有镇痛、抗炎和止血等作用。Objective： To study the analgesia, anti-lnflammatory and homostadial effects of Duyiwei Granules. Methods： The methods of acetic acid-induced twisting, forrnaldehydeinduced inflammation of gum and homostadial time determined in mice; carrageen-induced hind-paw edema and ADP-induced aggregation of platelets in rats; determine the contents of PT,KPTT and FIB in rat＇s serum. Results： Duyiwei Granules could significantly inhibit twisting times in mice and hind-paw edema in rats, increase intake forage during continued inflammation in mice＇s gum. It also enhance maximum aggregation of platelets, significantly prolong time of maximum aggregation, slower the time of homeostasis, coagulation, PT and KPTT, increase the coutents of FIB in rats. Conclusion： Duyiwei Granules possesses effects of analgesia, anti-inflammatory and homeostasis.
