摘  要:讨论了利用最优潮流进行基于广义测量的二次控制问题。研究表明FACTS控制器如不装备广义测量控制则不能充分发挥其控制潜能。提出了可协调和优化控制器设定点,从而增加静态最大负荷能力的新控制策略。此外,对基于远方测量反馈控制的简单方案和基于在线最优的通用方案进行了研究。最后,以一实例定量评估了基于广义测量的FACTS控制的效果。Congestion of transmission capability often limits the operation of power markets. Because of the substantial costs that such congestion causes and difficulties in improving transfer capacity through transmission expansion, flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices are increasingly often considered as short-term solutions to congestion problems. This paper shows that such FACTS devices are most often not used to their full potential unless equipped with control systems based on wide-area measurements. We present novel control strategies that coordinate and optimize the setpoints of several FACTS devices to achieve optimum benefit from FACTS installations in terms of steady-state loadability increase. We study simple schemes based on feedback control using remote measurements as well as more general schemes based on on-line optimization. Finally, a quantitative assessment for the benefits of wide-area control of FACTS based on a realistic test case is presented.
