摘  要:采用油、水、水蒸气对波纹管换热器的传热和流动阻力性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,波纹管换热器的总传热系数比光管高1.5倍以上。根据试验数据关联出了波纹管换热器膜传热系数和压力降的计算公式,并在长岭炼油化工总厂、上海石油化工股份有限公司进行的工业试验中验证了关联式的可靠性,同时也证实了波纹管换热器的高效性。目前扬子石化股份有限公司、大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司等大量采用了波纹管换热器,取得了明显的经济效益。The heat transfer and flow resistance performance of corrugated tube heat exchanger were examined by oil, water, and steam. The result shows that heat transfer coefficient of corrugated tube heat exchanger is over 1.5 times than that of bare tube. The film heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop calculation formula of corrugated tube heat exchanger are obtained based on the examination data, and its reliability was certified in the commercial test in Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. and Changling Company. Meanwhile, the high efficiency of corrugated tube heat exchanger is certified, and is now widely used in Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Company and Yangzi Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. and evident economical benefits are obtained.
