摘 要:为了评价炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置常用钢材对氢致开裂(HIC)的敏感性和加工中东高硫油设备用钢的适用性,利用恒温腐蚀槽、超声波影像仪、测氢仪、金相显微镜和精密分析天平等手段研究了炼油厂常用的五种低合金钢(国产20G,16MnR和CF62钢,日本产CR5和SM400钢)在湿硫化氢中的腐蚀行为,重点讨论了氢致开裂和氢鼓泡问题。试验表明:五种钢材抗HIC性能从优到劣依次为CR5,16MnR,CF62,20G,SM400。对超声波影像仪(UST)探测法的实用性进行了讨论。In order to evaluate HIC sensibility of the steels commonly used in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and the appropriate steel for the equipment processing high sulfur crude oil from Middle East, the corrosion behavior in wet hydrogen sulfide environment of five alloy steels commonly used in refinery ( domestic 20G, 16MnR, CF62, and CR5 & SM400 made in Japan) is studied with constant temperature corrosion trough, ultrasonic instrument (UST), hydrogen measurer, metallographic microscope, and accurate analysis balance. HIC and hydrogen blister are discussed in detail. Test result shows that HIC resistance performance of the five steels from good to bad is in the order of CR5, 16MnR, CF62, 20G, and SM400. In addition, the practicability for exploration method using UST is discussed.
