摘　　要：在数字图书馆开发利用过程中,必然会涉及众多的知识产权问题,其中最为突出的是数字化信息资源开发利用中的知识产权保护问题。本文针对有关馆藏资源数字化引起的知识产权保护问题、数据库建设引起的知识产权保护问题、数字化信息传播引起的知识产权保护问题、数字化信息链接引起的知识产权保护问题等进行了分析和探讨,并就如何解决这些问题提出了一些相应的措施。The information resource construction is core on digital library. It is researched that problem of Intellectual property rights in digital of library documents and collection of internet information resources and construction of database and transmit of digital information, and put forward some corresponding policys to solve these problems.
