摘　　要：本文在对传统图书馆组织结构模式分析的基础上,提出了信息化环境下图书馆组织结构模式,在对传统图书馆管理机制分析的基础上提出了信息化环境下图书馆管理机制。On the basis of the analysis of the traditional organization structure model and the traditional administrative system of library, the essay puts forward the models of the library organization structure and the library administrafive system under information environment.
