摘　　要：介绍了倒置式屋面长期以来没有得到推广的原因以及倒置式屋面与传统保温屋面相比较下的好处,同时论述了设计中的技术要求和常用的构造做法以及设计、施工中应注意的关键问题。人们越来越认识到倒置式屋面的优越性,同时建筑技术的发展已经能够使得倒置式屋面的做法得以实现,这种做法符合节能建筑设计思路,具有推广价值。The reasons why, for a long period, the inverted house-top has not been spread far and wide, are discussed in this paper. Compared with the traditional cold-protecting house-top, the advantages of the inverted house-top are introduced here. Meanwhile, the technical requirements in designing, the commonly-used methods and the key problems in designing and construction are presented and stated. For the time being, the advantages of the inverted house-top have been being recognized increasingly. The development of techniques in architecture has made the inverted house-top possible. This method is energy-preserving and is worth spreading in architecture.
