摘　　要：研制了基于AMBE算法的计算机网络电话通信系统的电话终端机。设计了网络电话终端机的硬件电路,使用C51语言编写了相应的软件;开发了USB接口,实现了将电话终端通过USB接口与计算机网络相连;采用了一种AMBE高压缩率的语音压缩算法,在对AMBE算法的理论分析的基础上,将该算法应用于系统中语音信号的压缩,既增加了终端用户数,又保证了通话质量。The design of the telephone terminal based computer network and AMBE algorithm realized in this paper, both the hardware and the software programmed with C51 are designed. USB interface is carried out, through which the telephone terminal is connected with the computer network; AMBE algorithm, with a high compress rate, is used. This algorithm is applied to speech compression after being analyzed, which not only brings the increase of the users in each network telephone terminal but also ensure the quality of communication.
