摘 要:合成了改性甲醛-双氰胺系列脱色絮凝剂T5,该絮凝剂合成条件简单,成本较同系列的产品低,每吨为3400元左右。T5用于处理印染废水效果好,脱色率和CODCr去除率均较高,污泥体积小。T5与Al2(SO4)3复配使用效果更佳,脱色率达96.8%,CODCr去除率最高可达91.5%;出水CODCr和色度达国家一级排放标准。A modified dicyanodiamide - formaldehyde polymer T5 has been synthesized under simple conditions,and the cost of it, ¥3 400/t, is lower than the other dicyanodiamide - formaldehyde polymers. It works well while used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater, the decolourization rate and the elimination rate of CODCr are both high and the volume of sludge is small. Furthermore, it can do better when matched with Al2 (SO4)3, the decolourization rate is as high as 96.8%, the highest elimination rate of CODCr can reach 91.5% and the two key quotas CODCr and tone accord with national first grade discharge standards. A few T5 and A12(SO4)3 can obtain good results, for example, 100 mg/L T5 and 167 mg/L Al2(SO4)3 accompanying with the decolourization rate of 88.3%. The treatment cost is within ¥0.50/m^3 due to low quantity of flocculant and cheap cost of T5。
