摘  要:目的研究中山大学附一院内科ICU的病原菌的分布及耐药性情况。方法用VITEK-60细菌鉴定仪鉴定病原菌,药敏分析采用K-B法。结果铜绿假单胞菌金黄色葡萄球菌仍为最主要的病原菌,病原菌主要分离自呼吸道(82.2%)。各主要革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南的敏感率最高,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素和替考拉宁的敏感率最高。结论开展对细菌的耐药监测并及时向临床反馈,对合理选用抗生素并延缓耐药细菌的产生具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance status of pathogenic bacteria isolated from medical intensive care unit of 1st Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yah-sen University. Method Pathogenic bacteria were identified with VITEK-60, and K-B method was used for drug susceptibility tests. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aurus remained to be the predominant pathogenic bacteria in medical intensive care unit and pathogenic bacteria mainly isolated from respiratory tract. The predominant Gram-negative bacilli were most sensitive to imipenem and meropenum, while the Gram-positive coccus was most sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin.Conclusions Surveillance of antibiotic resistance and promptly feedback the information to clinic is important to choose antibiotics correctly and reduce the occurrence of antibiotics resistant bacteria.
