摘　　要：在西部大开发的形势下,西部地区人文、地理等方面的信息越来越受到国人的世界的关注。喀什地区图书馆是西部边陲的文化信息中心,应采取各种积极的措施以辐射的形式来改变落后的现状,以推动本地区经济文化、教育的发展。Under the situation of the development of the western regions, the information of humanities, geography etc. of the western region suffers the concern of the people and the world more and more. The Kashgar＇s region library is western region the culture information center of the side area, adopt every kind of positive way of doing, it should change the present condition that fall bebind, then the form that radiates pashes the native area the economy, culture with the development of the education cause.
