摘 要:传统的机械扫描雷达由于受其扫描速度的限制,在机载雷达的应用中已逐步被功能强大的电扫描相控阵雷达所取代。针对相控阵雷达造价高、体积和重量大的问题,根据一种新型的铁氧体透镜移相器技术的发展,文中介绍了移相器作为馈电系统的一个关键微波元件,和与此相应的控制移相器的电路一起组成相控阵雷达的数千个单元,而每一个单元都要用一个移相器,进而阐述了移相器的性能和成本极大地影响到雷达的性能和成本。采用这种新技术可将实现相控阵天线二维扫描功能的移相器的数目由M×N个减少到M+N个,大大降低了机载雷达的成本和体积。The conventional mechanical scanning radar is gradually replaced by powerful electric scanning phased array radar in the application as an airborne radar due to its limited scanning speed. Since the high cost, big volume and heavy weight of phased array radar, and according to the development of a new type of ferroelectrics lens phase shifter technology, this paper introduces the phase shifter, as a critical microwave element, forms thousands of phased array radar units together with its corresponding circuit which controls the phase shifting of phase shifter, and each unit needs a phase shifter. It further describes the performance and cost of the phase shifter influence greatly the performance and cost of the radar. The number of phase shifters which realize the 2-dimensional scanning functions of phased control antenna can be reduced from M × N to M + N with this new technology,so the cost and volume of airborne radar are reduced greatly.
