摘 要:以抗旱性不同的豫豆6号和周豆11号为材料,研究了干旱胁迫下花荚期大豆叶片渗透调节能力与大豆抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,渗透调节物质中可溶性糖(WSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量显著增加,质膜透性也不断增大,且抗旱性较强的豫豆6号WSS和游离Pro含量高于抗旱性较弱的周豆11号,而MDA含量和相对电导率则小于周豆11号。With two soybean varieties Yudou 6 and Zhoudou 11, with different drought-resistances,as materials the relationship between the osmotic adjusting ability of the soybean leaves and drought-resistance in flowering-poding phase under drought stress was studied. The results showed that with the strength of the drought stress, the contents of WSS and free proline in osmotic adjusting substance were obviously increased and the membrance permeability was gradually enlarged. The contents of WSS and free proline of Yudou 6 with better drought-resistance ability were higher than those of Zhoudou 11 with weaker one. MDA content and the relative conductivity of the former was lower than that of the latter,
