摘　　要：以系统化设计理论提供的概念设计过程为框架,将公理设计、功能基和效应集成,形成SAFE集成型概念设计过程模型,用于在概念设计阶段确定满足需求功能的原理解。该模型既适用于新产品的概念创新,也适用于已有产品的改进设计。快速切断阀的概念创新设计实例表明了上述模型的有效性。Take the process of conceptual design provided by systematized designing theory as a frame, let the axiomatic design, functional base and its integration of effect to form the process model of the SAVE integration styled conceptual design and to be applied to define the principle solution that satisfies the function of requirements during the stage of conceptual design. This model is not only suitable for the conceptual innovation of new product but also suitable for the improvement design of the existing products. A living example of the conceptual innovation design for the quick cut-off valve indicates the effectiveness of the above stated model.
