摘  要:对一种新型的基于同步齿形带的差动轮线性传动中的力学进行了分析。该机构是在传统的同步带机构的主、从动轮之间的齿形带上啮合一套由大小不同的两个同轴固联在一起的差动轮组成的差动线性传动机构。当主动轮转动时,由于大小差动带轮的直径不同,差动机构就不会停留在原处,而会沿中心线方向上作直线移动。对该机构的传动中的力学进行了研究,得到了驱动力与负载的关系式。同时,应用这些传动关系而研制的一维线性驱动器验证了基本的传动关系。Analysis has been carried out on the mechanics in a kind of new typed linear transmission of differential wheel based on synchronous cog belt. This mechanism is a set of differential linear transmission mechanism consists of two differential pulleys, different in size and co-axially fixed together, engaged to the cog belt between driving and driven wheels of the traditional synchronous belt mechanism. Owing to the diameters of big and small pulleys are different, while the driving pulley rotates the differential mechanism will not stay at its original place and will make linear movement along the direction of centerline. Mechanics in the transmission of this mechanism has been studied and the relationship between driving force and load was obtained. At the same time, the 1D linear driver, developed by applying these transmission relations, verified the basic relation of transmission.
