摘　　要：以西部资本生成和配置机制建设为核心,围绕在西部建设具有独立竞争优势的产业结构,提高西部投资收益水平,通过差别金融政策促进西部金融系统资金融通等问题,探讨西部经济发展中急需解决的资金投入不足、投入效率不高的问题,并提出促进西部经济更快增长的方法和途径。Focusing on the capital buildup and allocation mechanism in the West Regions of China, the author studies the problems of building an industrial structure with unique competitive advantages, raising investment returns and the financing efficieney of the banking system through varied financial policies. The article also probes into the urgent issues of inadequate, inefficient investment in the West Regions and brings forward ways for faster growth.
