摘　　要：目前工矿等企业所采用的安全生产管理方法、措施和手段都是在系统安全管理的外因上寻求安全生产的途径，没能从系统安全的内因上寻找解决人体生理机能内涵形态变化所带来的影响，通过对生物节律理论的分析及其几十年的实际应用研究，可以证明正确应用生物节律理论指导安全生产，配合各种行之有效的系统安全管理方法、措施，可以大大降低事故发生率．At present, the measures, methods and means are all base on the the way which the external reasons have influence on the system safety managemen and can＇t copy with the affection of human physiological function from the internal reasons. The biorhythm theory may instruct the safety produce and greatly reduce the rate of accidents by using some system management methods and measures.
