摘　　要：农民收入增长缓慢的主要原因在于同农村、农业、农民有关的经济制度陈旧落后和创新滞后,要发展农村经济,增加农民收入,必须加快农村经济制度的创新和完善。The reason for the slow increase of peasants' income lies in the old economic system in the countryside, and innovating and perfecting the economic system in the countryside is the key to developing countryside economy and increasing peasants' income.
