我国民营科技企业发展中的创新服务失效研究

摘　　要：民营科技企业作为经济发展的新生力量对创新服务有着强烈的需求。用接受服务的企业对创新服务的认可程度来判定创新服务的效率可以发现,我国现阶段对民营科技企业的创新服务存在严重的对象失效和内容失效,解决创新服务的失效问题需要使创新服务体系由现在的政府主导向市场主导转变。Private technological firms as the new power of economic development have intensive demand for innovation service. The efficiency of innovation services is defined by the satisfaction of receiving firms. There are two kinds of inefficiency in current services offered to Chinses private technologicl firms,one is in the object choosing, the other is in the service content. Solving this problem should change the innovation service system from government - dominant to market dominant.
