摘 要:循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉因具有燃烧效率高、污染排放低并且可以加煤助燃等优点,近几年,在国内应用有发展趋势。为满足日趋严格的国际环保标准,拟在循环流化床焚烧炉前增设回转窑和脱氯反应器,采用回转窑低温气化-循环流化床炉高温焚烧技术来处理城市生活垃圾。利用前人对垃圾热解、焚烧中各种污染物排放及控制的研究成果,对这种新型垃圾焚烧炉在焚烧中的污染控制性能,与循环流化床焚烧炉进行了对比分析,结论为该新型垃圾焚烧炉在焚烧中控制各种污染物的综合性能优越。Recently, the utilization of CFB MSW incinerator has been increased in domestic as a result of its high incineration efficiency, low pollutant emission and co-firing with auxiliary coal. In order to meet the stricter pollutant emission limits, a rotary kiln will be installed ahead of the CFB incinerator, and a dechlorination reactor will be installed at the furnace rear, that is, the technologies of low temperature gasification in rotary kiln and high temperature incineration in circulating fluidized bed reactor will be used to treat the MSW. Based on the previous studies of the pollutant emission and control during MSW pyrolysis and incineration, the emission control performance of this new type MSW incinerator was analyzed and compared with that of the conventional CFB MSW incinerator, then it was concluded that the general pollutant emission control performance of this new type MSW incinerator is excellent.
