摘　　要：就马钢一铁总厂抽风环冷机存在的问题,以及该厂所面临的生产形势,阐述了进行环冷机整体优化改造的必要性,并介绍了优化改造的思路及具体实施方案,指出了该改造的创新之处和优良效果,尤其是水密封等新技术的成功运用。Based on the problems of down draft cireular cooler and the production situation of MAGANG No 1 Ironmaking Works, the necessity of modifying the existed down draft eireular cooler was expounded and the thinking and scheme of cooler modification were presented. The original creation of this modification is the water sealing between pallet side phtes and exhaust hood.
