动能自控密封器在烧结主抽风机上的应用

摘　　要：莱钢烧结厂烧结主抽风机原采用离心式迷宫密封,因离心密封环随轴向窜动引起轴承座漏油。为此,安装使用了KH-6动能自控密封器。该密封器中的润滑介质在两副之间轴向摆动,伴随轴旋转形成“S”状轨迹软密封,彻底解决了风机润滑油的渗漏问题,效果稳定,运行安全可靠。Because of swing of the radial labyrinth wreath with the shaft in main sintering fan, lead to the oil leakage problem of the bearing seat in LAIGANG sintering plant. Therefore, KH-6 ldnetie energy automatic control axle sealing devices are installed in the fans. This device can make lubricating oil radial oscillation to form a S-shape path flexible seal during the axle running. As a result, the oil leakages problem was solved thoroughly and the fans running become more safe and steady than hast.
