摘　　要：设计并合成了一类D-π-A型具有整流特性的有机材料MR-1(对-二甲胺基苯基乙烯三腈),MR-2(对-二苯胺基苯基乙烯三腈),以其制成的整流器件Cu/MR-1/Ag整流比可达10000,其他器件M/MR-X/M(M为Ag或Cu)的整流比高的可达100;实验发现,溶液吸附法只能在气-液交界处得到整流结果,加电场有利于形成有序取向分子膜.Organic materials of D-π-A type MR-X （MR-1： p-dimethylaminophenylethenetricarbonitrile and MR-2： p-diphenylaminophenylethene tricarbonitrile） was designed and synthesized. The device with a sandwich structure shows good rectificative phenomena. The highest rectification ratio 10 000 was achieved in devices Cu/MR-1/Ag, and about 100 in other devices M／MR-X／M（M：Cu, Ag）. Experiment found that rectificative phenomena could be found only in the atmosphere-liquid interface region by means of liquid absorption, and electric field could help form the ordered molecular film.
