摘　　要：目的建立冠心苏合丸中马兜铃酸A的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用ZorbaxXDBC18柱,甲醇∶水∶醋酸(39∶61∶1)为流动相,检测波长:310nm。结果此方法线性关系良好,马兜铃酸A的平均加样回收率为98.28%,RSD为1.93%。结论方法简便,分离度较好,结果稳定,可用于冠心苏合丸的质量控制。Objective To develop a method for determination of aristolochic acid A in Guanxinsuhe pills. METHODS Reversedphase HPLC was used to determination of aristolochic acid A in Guanxinsuhe pills. The separation was performed on Zorbax XDB C18 column with methanol： water： acetic acid（ 39： 61：1 ） as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 310 nm. RESULTS The linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of aristolochic acid A was 98.28% , RSD was 1.93%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable. It also shows good separating degree. It can be used for quality control of Guanxinsuhe pills.
