摘 要:为了确定超声波破乳脱水的最佳参数,研究了声强、温度及处理时间等对原油超声波破乳脱水效果的影响。对于不同的油样,声强对破乳脱水效果的影响差异较大,滨南油田原油的最佳无量纲声强范围为0.065-0.374。在试验的频率段范围内温度对破乳的影响较明显,温度越高,脱水效果越好。沉降时间与超声波处理时间对于脱水的效果也有一定的影响,在一定时段内沉降时间越长,脱水效果越好,但随着时间的延长,脱水率增加不明显;超声波脉冲处理时间控制在30min内脱水效果最佳。The influence of acoustic intensity, temperature and processing time on crude oil demulsification and dehydration effectiveness by ultrasonic wave was researched in order to know the optimal parameters of it. Large difference occurred in the effect of the acoustic intensity on the dumulsification and dehydration for different oil samples. Optimum dimensionless acoustic intensity of Binnan crude oil was 0.065 ~ 0.374 ; In the range of test frequency, the influence of temperature on the demulsification was obvious for higher temperature, the better dehydration effectiveness. The subsidence time and processing time of the ultrasonic wave had also certain influence to the dehydration effectiveness. In a certain period, the longer subsidence time, the better dehydration effectiveness. But as the time increased, the dehydration efficiency didn't increase obviously; the dehydration effectiveness was the best as ultrasonic wave pulse processing time was within 30 minutes.
