摘 要:品种稳定、内在的特征,可供种子纯度检验及品种鉴定与管理,构建品种的指纹图谱具有重要的现实意义。采用脂酶同工酶、种子贮藏蛋白电泳及RAPD技术,初步建立了新疆玉米主要推广杂交种及其亲本自交系的三种指纹图谱。结果表明,种子脂酶同工酶、种子贮藏蛋白电泳谱带,在各供试品种与其亲本自交系间其图谱均具有较大差异,供试的24个材料间RAPD多态性差异明显。此三种图谱均可作为供试材料稳定、内在的特征,为准确地鉴定品种纯度及品种认定提供参考和标准,具有一定应用前景。It is important and valuable in application to construct variety fingerprint electrophoregram for the variety purity test, identification and management of variety based on variety's intrinsic and stable characters.Three primary fingerprint electrophoregrams of main maize hybrids and their parents inbred lines in Xinjiang were constructed based on EST isoenzyme, stored protein electrophoresis and RAPD in this paper. The results indicated that there were obvious differences in one of electrophoregrams among the materials used in the experiment. The three kind profiles constructed in the paper can apply the intrinsic and stable characters for the 8 maize hybrids and their parents inbred lines, and can also be served as an standards or basement for identification the variety or purity test more precision.
