摘 要:目前国际上流行的斜井、水平井气体钻井流动计算与井下真实情况相比有很大区别,从而导致计算得到的携岩气体需求量过小,难以保证井下正常携岩、清岩.通过研究气体钻水平井的携岩问题,发现水平井气体携岩的规律与垂直井有本质不同.依据研究结果所得出的携岩气体需求量比目前国际流行计算的结果要大50%~100%,而且还需要配合其他措施,方可保证井眼净化.文章简要介绍了研究结果在白浅111H井的应用.Now the gas horizontal/slant drilling flow calculation methods popular in the world are greatly deviated from downhole actual situations, thus causing the gas demand of carrying cuttings ultralow, by which it is very difficult to ensure for normally carrying the cuttings and cleaning the bottom hole. By means of studying the problem with carrying cuttings in gas horizontal drilling, it was found that the law of gas carrying cuttings in gas horizontal drilling was essentially distinct from that, in gas vertical drilling; and the gas demand obtained by the authors through studying was larger than that calculated by the methods popular in the world by 50% - 100% and only in need of cooperating the other measures, might the bottom hole cleaning be guaranteed. Finally, the application of research results to well Baiqian-111H is briefly introduced in the paper.
