摘  要:为满足用户消费需求,我国拟以新近探明天然气储量近3000亿立方米的内蒙古塔巴庙气田气源为基础,兴建安平—济南的天然气管道,以供应山东市场。为应对管线突发事件和季节用气调峰之需要,利用胜利油区停产废弃停产的气层气田建设小型地下储气库就显得十分必要。为此,确定了地下储气库库址的优选标准并优选出了气库目标区———胜利油区永21块下第三系渐新统沙河街组三段(Es3)气藏。针对目标区,从气藏圈闭、构造变化、盖层特征、储层物性、气体性质、储量规模、采气能力、采出程度等方面进行了可行性分析,规划设计了储气库的运行参数,部署了气库井位,为具体实施建库项目奠定了基础。To meet the users' gas demand, it is planned to build Anping-Jinan gas pipeline taking Tabamiao gas field in Inner Mongol, which certified gas reserves reach about 300 BCM, as the gas source in China to supply Shandong market. To deal with the sudden events and the seasonal peak cutting, it is very necessary to build small underground gas storages using the abandoned gas reservoirs in Shengli oilfield. Therefore, the optimized criteria are made to choose the position of underground gas storages and the optimized position (Es3 gas reservoir of Yong 21 block of Shengli oilfield) is selected. Aiming at the position, the feasibility is analyzed on the trap, structural variation, coverage features, reservoir physical property, gas property, reserve scale, gas recovery ability, and ratio of total gas produced to GIP etc. The operation parameters are designed and the well positions are located for the gas storage, which are the ground to perform the storage-building project.
