摘 要:棉/毛/丽赛混纺织物前处理工艺有较高的难度,在保证坯布处理效果良好的前提下,尽量减少对羊毛纤维的损伤。通过试验得出,采用退煮酶L1和L2的轧堆,加上高效精练酶T的煮漂,基本上可以满足后道染整工序的要求;在此基础上再加一道复漂工序,能够进一步提高前处理坯布的白度和毛效,同时保证羊毛纤维基本没有损失。通过实验得出:采用退煮酶轧堆并辅以高效精练酶T的煮漂工艺可以充分发挥棉/毛/丽赛织物特性。Because of the obvious difficulty in the pretreatment process of cotton, wool and Rochcel blended fabric, this paper mainly discussed the methods to achieve good pretreatment effect on the basis of the least loss of wool fiber in it, The short pretreatment process by use of desizing enzyme L1 or L2 with help of high efficient engyme T can meet its follonving dyeing and finishing processes. The testing results show that the wool fiber almost has no loss and the grey goods after the responding pretreatment satisfies whiteness values and capillary affinity. The scour and bleach treatment of desizing enzyme helped with high efficient enzyme T is proved to be an excellent pretreatment for cotton, wool and Richcel blended fabric, which safeguards the fabric's good performance.
