血清瘦素水平及其在慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的作用

摘　　要：目的评价激素样细胞因子-瘦素(leptin)与慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病(CITP)的相关性。方法用ELISA法分别检测了46份CITP患者和40名健康志愿者血清瘦素水平。并且以外周血单个核细胞加入瘦素体外培养评价血小板抗体产生情况。数据以 student's t 检验处理。结果CITP患者平均血清瘦素水平(22.11±15.84ng/ml)明显高于健康志愿者(5.44±4.84ng/ml);瘦素水平阳性的CITP患者血小板数明显低于瘦素水平阴性的患者,而血小板相关抗原则明显高于后者。结论瘦素在慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病机制中可能有重要作用,值得进一步探讨。Objective To evaluatie serum levels of leplin, a hormone - like cytokine, in patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura to explore the influence of lepfin on the pathogenesis. Methods Serum leptin levels in 46 C1TP patients and 40 healthy volunteers were detected by ELISA.Also, we cultured peripheral blood minocytes with leptin to evaluate platelet - associated antibodies＇ levels.Data were analyzedby Student＇ s t test.Results The mean serum levels in CITP patients（22.11±5.84ng/ml）were significant higher than in healthy volunteers （5.44 ± 4.84ng/ml） .In addition, there were a significant decrease of platelets and a significant increase of PAIgG in patients with positive serum leptin levels. Conclusion Our findings hint that leptin may be play an important role in the pathogenesis of CITP.
