摘  要:研制了一种压电驱动的电-机械转换器,用于构造电液伺服阀;介绍了电-机械转换器的工作原理;优选了结构型式及尺寸,并对其动静态特性进行了测试.测试结果表明,所设计的电-机械转换器有较好的静态特性及动态特性.在开环方式反向控制算法下,静态特性中的非线性度小于1.6%,在电压范围为0~70V内的滞环小于2.3%,动态响应频宽达1.0kHz以上.由此可见,所设计的电-机械转换器有望替代现有的电磁力矩马达.This paper developed a new type of electrical-to-mechanical signal conversion device (piezoelectric bimorphs) for a hydroelectric servo-valve , and focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of the conversion device. The principle of the conversion device was discussed. PZT-5H was investigated as piezoelectric layers in the conversion device. Fabricated conversion device was characterized by an laser measurement system in static and dynamic mode. The nonlinearity of the conversion device is less than 1.6% and the hysteresis loop is within 2.3% over the entire working range when using a open-loop controller, and its resonant frequency is higher than 1.0KHz. Thus, it is shown that the conversion device can be promised hydroelectric servo-valve.
