摘  要:微电池在未来的便携式电子设备、国防装备及微电子机械系统(MEMS)等方面有着广泛的应用前景,受到人们的重视。其中全固态薄膜锂电池具有能量密度高、循环性能和安全性能好等优点已经成为目前研究的热点。由于该类电池的制备涉及众多学科,环境要求苛刻,过程复杂,因此对单个电极或电解质薄膜的报道屡见不鲜,而组装成全固态薄膜锂电池的报道却屈指可数。本文对已经组装成并具有电化学充放电性能的全固态薄膜锂电池近期发展动态进行了综述,简要介绍了该类电池的结构和特性,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。Recently, micro-batteries are attracting excessive attentions for its' potential applications in many aspects such as portable electronic productions, national defense and MEMS. All-solid-state thin film lithium batteries have been investigated extensively because of their high energy density, superior charge-discharge property and safety. The fabrication of these batteries deals with many projects, rigor conditions and complex processes. So, a large volume of studies about single electrode and electrolyte are reported, but the ready thin film battery can be counted on fingers. In this paper, the development of the ready thin film lithium batteries with electrochemical properties was summarized and the battery configurations, characteristics and trends are presented as well.
