摘  要:采用真空熔烧法制得钴基合金———碳化钨复合涂层材料,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计等先进的测试手段对涂层的组织结构和表面形貌进行观察分析。应用盘销式摩擦磨损试验机对不同碳化钨含量的复合涂层材料和淬火态45钢进行了磨损试验。试验结果表明,在相同试验条件下,复合涂层的耐磨性显著高于淬火钢,且其耐磨性随碳化钨含量的增加而提高,淬火钢的耐磨性随着载荷的增加迅速降低,而复合涂层的耐磨性则变化不大。The WC-Co composite coatings bonded firmly with the steel substrate were prepared by vacuum fusion sintering (VFS). The microstructure and morphology of the VFS coatings were observed and analyzed by SEM, X-ray diffractory and micro-hardness tester. A series of tests on the cobalt based VFS coatings of different tungsten carbide percent was performed by a pin-on-disc friction and wear machine. The results show that the wear resistance of the cobalt based VFS coatings, whether dry or wet friction, is prior to that of the 45 hardened steel, and that the higher the tungsten carbide percent, the better the wear resistance. The wear resistance of the hardened steel decreases greatly, whereas that of the VFS coating varies slightly when the loads increase. The VFS coatings are identified by their properties, such as high hardness, high-temperature strength, wear resistance, and high bond strength to the substrate.
