摘  要:对超级克劳斯硫回收装置中氧化催化剂的特性、装填方法、活化操作步骤和温度控制要领分别进行了阐述;论述了在生产运行工况下超级克劳斯反应器的开、停车程序和氧化催化剂的温度控制要领,对装置的硫收率、硫磺产品质量和尾气达标情况进行了对比和总结。The characteristic, filling method, activation operation procedure and its temperature control gist were separately described for the oxidation catalyst in the super-class Claus sulfur recovery unit; the start-up & shut down procedures and its temperature control gist of the oxidation catalyst were discussed under productive operation condition for super-class Claus reactor, contrast and summarization were made for sulfur recovery rate, quality of sulfur product and situation in compliance with standard requirement of discharged tail gas of the above-mentioned unit.
