摘  要:对合成氨(尿素)系统、甲醇系统进行了现状调查及系统分析,提出了甲醇装置扩产改造方案,对改造后甲醇装置的生产运行状况、产品消耗指标、环保和安全进行了评价,对扩产后生产能力和经济效益进行了计算,结果表明,甲醇装置生产能力由10万t/a提高到15万t/a,年净利润达698万元。The present situation investigation and systematical analysis were made for ammonia synthesis (urea) system and methanol system,reformation scheme of capacity expanding was presented for methanol unit, evaluation was made for productive operation situation, energy consume index of produet, environment protection and safety in the methanol unit after reformation, calculation was made for produetion capacity and economic benefit after capacity expanding, the result indicates that the production capaeityof methanol trait is increased from 10×10^4 t/a to 15×10^4 t/a, the annually net profit reaehes to 6.98 million RMB Yuan.
