摘　　要：论述了原料气醇烃化精制工艺在联碱合成氨装置的应用效果,介绍了醇烃化工艺的反应原理和工艺流程,从运行方式、气体成分、气量、各点温度等方面对装置的运行工况进行了阐述,分析了醇化塔、烃化塔以及催化剂的使用特性。The application effect was discussed for refining process by methanol hydrocarbonation of raw material gas, used in combinative alkali ammonia synthesis plant, the reaction principle and process flow of methanol hydrocarbonation process were introduced, description was made for operating condition of the unit from the aspects of operating mode, gas composition, gas quantity, each point temperature etc., application characteristics were analyzed for methanation tower, hydrocarbonation tower and the catalyst.
