摘　　要：高校实验技术人员是教学、科研队伍的一个重要组成部分.为适应高校改革,需重视实验技术队伍的建设,提高实验技术人员的自身素质,调动实验技术人员的工作积极性,使他们应具有较好专业技术知识、专业技能并有一定的管理能力,这是提高实验教学质量及完成科研任务的关键.The laboratory technical personnel of colleges and universities are an important part of teaching and scientific research, To adapt the reform of universities and colleges, the key of improving teaching quality and achieving scientific research task is how to pay attention to the construction of lab staffs, enhance their professional knowledge and skills, arouse their enthusiasm, improve their quality and ability of management.
