论振兴我国老工业基地的战略意义

摘　　要：党的十六大,中央作出了支持东北地区等老工业基地加快调整和改造的战略决策。这一战略决策有利于我国紧紧抓住本世纪头二十年的战略机遇期,基本实现工业化和保障国家的安全,也有利于我国区域经济协调发展和全面实现小康社会。In the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, the Center of the Communist Party of China have made the strategic policy to support the old industrial bases, especially the northeast provinces of China, to accelerate the adjustment and transforming. This strategic policy will assure our country to catch the strategic opportunity of the first 20 years of this century, realize industrialization and ensure the security of our nation, favor the coordinated development of regional economy and realize the well - todo society in an all -round way.
