摘  要:利用痕量铁在pH=4.0的HAc-NaAc介质中能催化H2O2、氧化苯酚红的反应.在催化条件下,表观活化能增加55%的原理,建立了动力学分光光度法测定痕量铁的新方法.此法线性范围为0.1-0.8μg/ml.A new method for determination of trace iron in ant and water by kinetic spectrophotometry was established . It was based on the fact that iron can catalyze the reaction of reagent - red linearly by oxidizing with H2O2 under the condition of (pH =d. 0) HAc -NaAc buffer solution medium. With the catalyst in the presence, the activation energy of the reaction increased by 55%. The linear range of this method is 0.1 - 0.8 μg/ml and the detection limit is 0. 1 μg/ml. The method has the advantage of high sensitivity and good recurrence.
