摘　　要：国际竞争力是由多种因素相互作用而构成的。经济实力、基础设施、管理程度、劳动力结构和素质是影响产业国际竞争力的重要因素。从生产要素的状况、需求状况、相关及辅助产业状况、中国文化及发展环境看,目前我国现代化经济的发展仍处于落后状态。我国参与国际竞争需要在产业竞争观念的指导下安排产业发展竞争战略。The international competitive power is composed of many factors acting on each other among which the economic strength,infrastructure, management level, and the structure and quality of labour are the important ones that can influence the international competitive power of industry. As far as the situation of essential factors of production, the situation of demand, and that of relevant and auxiliary industries are concerned, the development of our modernized economy is currently in an underdeveloped situation, so we should participate in international competition and arrange for the competitive strategy for industy development under the guidance of the concept of industrial competition.
