血清抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体与骨关节炎关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体水平与骨关节炎的关系。方法研究对象包括56例膝骨关节炎患者及33名健康体检者,应用酶联免疫吸附实验方法检测血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体水平。结果骨关节炎患者血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体水平高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论骨关节炎患者血清中抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体升高,可能与骨关节炎的免疫反应有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody and knee osteoarthritis. Methods Serum samples of 56 patients with knee osteoarthritis and 33 normal person in control were collected. All samples were detected the antitype Ⅱ collagen antibody level by means of ELISA method. Result The anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody in serum of osteoarthritis patients were higher than those control group. Conclusion The increased serum levels of anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody maybe related with the immunoreaction of osteoarthritis.
